NEET UG 2022; Cut-Off and Merit List 

 

The result of NEET UG, 2022 has been announced on 7th September. Candidates can check the result on official website- neet.nta.nic.in. Additionally, the NEET has also issued scorecards, AIQ and cut-off. The NEET solution key had been released on 31st August. Moreover, the candidates can check out feedbacks till 2nd September. 

How to download NEET scorecard:

  1. One should visit the official website- neet.nta.nic.in
  2. On the Home Page click on ‘NEET 2022 Result’ according to latest announcement.
  3. Then one should put their credentials which includes NEET application number and date of birth
  4. Then click on result of NEET 2022.
  5. Lastly the scorecard is downloaded.

9,93,069 students has qualified for NEET exam 2022. 4,29,160 are male and 5,63,902 are female and 7 students are transgender.

A girl from Rajasthan, Tanishka has secured the top position and is followed by Vatsa Ashish Batra and Hrishikesh Nagbhushan Gangule. Tanishka has secured 715 with a percentile of 99.9997733 in NEET UG 2022. 

Students can estimate their NEET score using the final solution key. According to the NTA scheme of marking, one can add 4 marks for every correct answer and then subtract one mark for each wrong answer. Unattempted questions should not be considered.

The top scorers of NEET UG will get the chances to secure admission in AIIMS, New Delhi, Christian Medical College, Vellore, Banarus Hindu University and many more.

NEET Percentile Rank= 100 X Number of candidates appeared with raw score equal or less than the candidate/ Total Number of candidates appeared.

In India NEET is the only source to study MBBS. This exam is also used for admission in courses to BDS, AYUSH and Veterinary courses. The candidates should login to official NEET website to know there score and download their grade card. 

NEET UG Result 2022: Tie Breaking Rule
In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks/percentile score in the NEET UG 2022, the inter-se-merit shall be determined as follows:

1. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Biology (Botany and Zoology) in the test, followed by,

2. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Chemistry, followed by,

3. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Physics, followed by,

4. Candidate with less proportion of the number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects, followed by

5. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Biology (Botany and

Zoology) in the Test, followed by

6. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Chemistry, followed by

7. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Physics, followed by

8. Candidate Older in Age, followed by

9. NTA NEET 2022 application number in ascending order

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
