NEET Counselling 2021: Stray vacancy round registration begins from January 4
The MCC NEET Counselling process for 2021 is resuming again and the stray vacancy round counselling registrations will start from January 4, 2021.
SPOTLIGHTS:
➔ Registration for the stray vacancy round will start from January 4, 2021.
➔ Due date for admission in MBBS has been elongated till January 15.
➔ The registration platform for the stray vacancy round will be available from January 4 to January 6 until 12 pm.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced an updated NEET counselling schedule which is given in detail below. The final date for getting admitted in MBBS Course for the academic session 2020-21 has been extended till January 15, 2021.
The platform for application for the stray vacancy round will be open from January 4 and be available till January 6, 12 pm. Students who are interested can make the payment till 3 pm.
The medical and dental colleges will be given the list of deserving candidates based on their merit on January 7. The number of potential candidates will be ten times the number of vacancies. From January 7 to January 15, students will have to report at their respective institutes allotted.

● Fresh Registration/Payment: January 4, 2021, to January 6, 2021 (up to 12 pm; payment facility would be available up to 3 pm)
● Reversion of Vacant Seats to Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS & JIPMER/ Central Institutes (ABVIMS & VMMC, ESIC, Rohini) after completion of Mop Up Round of UG Counselling 2020: January 6, 2021
● Forwarding the list of students in order of merit equalling to ten times the number of vacant seats to the Medical and Dental Colleges: January 7, 2021
● Physical Reporting at the Institutes for Stray Vacancy Round: January 7 to 15, 2021
● Start of Session for UG Courses: February 2, 2021
Saturdays and Sundays are also considered as working days according to the MCC’s directives for “ensuring faithful obedience of time schedule”and keeping in view the “limited time available for conducting counselling”.

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
