MCC Provisional Allotment Results
With the NEET drive of admission placements and other procedures seeing a finish, the candidates are awaiting the results for the first round of seating allotments by The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). After many unprecedented delays, the MCC has finally announced the provisional allotments for the UG counselling. This will be the allotments for the All-India Quota (AIQ) seats. Following the provisional allotments will be the final results, which came out on February 1. The shortlisted candidates who are awaiting their first-round results can check out the same on the website, mcc.nic.in.
These kinds of delays have been happening with the MCC many times. The previous schedule had stated that first round allotment results will be out on January 27. The MCC also uploaded the provisional allotments of the same. But it was taken down and the results stood null due to a case hearing in the Madras High Court.
An order was issued keeping in mind the case of Gidla Bala Surya Chandra & Ors. Vs. UoI & Ors. before the High Court of Judicature at Madras. At that juncture, the MCC announced that the previously uploaded results will be treated as null & void and the new results will be final ones. On February 1, an official handle uploaded that the Provisional Allotment Results is now available on the website. It was also announced that in case of any grievances, it should be immediately driven towards the officials through an email. The id that was given is mccresultquery@gmail.com.
The method to check the results is as follows. Candidates may log on to the official website of MCC i.e., mcc.nic.in. On the home page, look for the UG counselling tab. Clicking on that will redirect you the allotments page. Click on the provided link to check the allotment results. It will ask for your verification details, so log on with the correct credentials. The allotments will then appear on the screen. Candidates can look for specific results using their NEET rank. It is advised to download and print the sheet for further purposes.

Best thing about Vivek Gupta Sir is his selfless counselling. As I am already a BSC/ MSC, he suggested me to go to Philippines as I was able to get straight admission into MD and this finishes my entire course in 4 years flat. In any other country, it would have taken by 5.5-6 years. Ms Kanimojhi in Chennai office of GKWorks was equally supportive in coordination regarding documents, departure and all other formalities.
We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult. Thanks to Amit Pandey Sir, who is Gkworks Varanasi incharge, he helped us to do all small things. Going with us to get forex to helping us doing RTGS for fee payment, he was always there with us. He only helped us to apply for passport online and went with us to passport office Varanasi. Such support at ground level was provided by GKworks team both in Varanasi and Delhi.
My parents were not very comfortable to send me abroad especially my mother as I am the only son of my parents. I really wanted to become a doctor and thus approached Hemant Mishra Sir, director of Bareilly branch of GKWorks. He went out of his way to convince my mother. He would have come 5 times to my home, invited us to his office and home 10 times before my mother was finally convinced. It is only due to Hemant Sir in Bareilly that I am pursuing my course today. I wish GKworks and especially Bareilly branch all the very best to help many more students for their life dreams.
