MBSS, BDS ESI quota; eligible candidates list
The draft list for the medical aspirants has been published in the official website: www.esic.nic.in/admissions for the seats of MBBS/ BDS of the allotted wards of Employees State Insurance. These seats are of ESI’s corporation’s medical as well as dental colleges and some of the government colleges.
The guidelines for admission have also been published. The candidates should log in https://mcc.nic.in for all the information about the allotment that is held by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
Moreover, the candidates must qualify the NEET UG 2022. The admission is for the 15% AIQ seats as well as the state quota seats. The ESI quota will also be added in the general category. The allotment will be held according to merit and interests of the candidates. The criteria for reservation created by central government should also be followed.
The candidates must check the website out and apply for the quota seats within a particular time. in addition, ‘Ward of Insured Person’ certificate should be issued by the authority and this will be submitted too. Mop counselling for NEET UG 2022 will be held for the seats that are empty. The yearly tuition fee is Rs 24,000. This amount should be submitted through bank draft at the college during the admission process. Moreover, a service contract of Rs 5 lakh should also be submitted. The last date for approving the student as a insured person is on 31st March 2022 for this academic year.
A total of 437 MBBS seats in the national level which includes 38 seats at Kollam Parippally medical are available. The seats for ESI are available in Faridabad (43), Chennai (25), Kolkata (65), Bengaluru (56), Hyderabad (43), Gulbarga (56), Patna (35), Coimbatore (20), Alwar , Rajasthan (20) and Mandi (36). In addition, there are 28 seats in Gulbarga for BDS.
The candidates have a scope to submit applications online via www.esic.nic.in. The instructions are given in the notice of the website. Moreover, the women should be unmarried and must be dependents of father or mother who are insured. The student as well as the parent should submit individual undertakings separately. The applicants should also register in quota of IP in the MCC website.
