MBBS NRI CONVERSION DETAILS
Keeping in mind the NEET UG Counselling 2021, The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) issued a notice which keeps the candidates aware that one can change their status from Indian resident to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) with regard to medical-related admissions. This was with regard to the second round of NEET-UG Counselling.
The candidates who wish to change their status to NRI are required to send their application along with a letter on nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com This letter should be accompanied by all important credentials and verification documents. The same has been scheduled to take place from 11 February to 13 February 2022.
The MCC also stated that mails should be sent on time. Any mail that comes before or after the time limit, will be terminated immediately. All documents should be composed in one single email.
The required candidates who convert themselves into NRI, should keep in mind that after conversion, all the procedures will take place under the NRI quota. They will also not be eligible under any other quota such as Muslim, Jain Minority Quota etc.
The important documents that are essential are, Passport or Visa or any document that claims that the candidate is NRI. It also requires an Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course by himself. The Embassy Certificate should also be attached along with the NEET scorecard. An undertaking duly is also essential to verify the status of the candidate. The undertaking should state that one is applying for conversion under the NRI quota.

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
