Eligibility criteria for MBBS in Rajasthan
State Domicile Rules to get 85% state quota seats for MBBS in Rajasthan:
Let us learn more about the domicile certificate. One can get a hold of the certificate from the local authorization (especially from the Tehsildar office) or the revenue department. The domicile certificate is used as proof of the constant habitation of a person in a certain area. In Rajasthan, the domicile certificate is given to a person who is a permanent resident of the state or who has lived in the state for more than 10-years. With the help of a certificate, a person can avail of various benefits of the Government. The certificate can be obtained from the Revenue Department, District Collector office, Sub-divisional Magistrate, Tehsildar administration. One can secure the certificate within 15-30 days from the application date. The number of years required before a person becomes eligible for the certificate is different for several countries. Several proofs that may be required when applying for the certificate include Adhar / Pan card, passport photo, address proof (such as utility bills), etc. For the online demand of the certificate, people can get help from the official website. This rule is applicable for 85% of the seats. While the rest of the 15% of seats are reserved for the non-native students of Rajasthan.
The accountable authority for conducting the NEET counseling process is the Medical and Dental Counseling Board Jaipur. This committee directs the counseling process of the 16 medical colleges of Rajasthan. Once the results are declared by the NTA, a merit list is made depending on the scores of the students. Students who are enlisted in the merit list should fill up an application form. This form contains some primary information regarding the scores and ranks in the NEET exam. A call letter is uploaded on the official website of the committee for the qualified students. Students are instructed to download their call letters. This letter contains the necessary information for the counseling process. According to the letter, students should report to the assigned place at the correct time. The counseling process includes an essential step of document verification.
Following are the requirements for which candidates will be able to take admission under the 85% state quota during Rajasthan MBBS and BDS admissions under Domicile Rules.

Best thing about Vivek Gupta Sir is his selfless counselling. As I am already a BSC/ MSC, he suggested me to go to Philippines as I was able to get straight admission into MD and this finishes my entire course in 4 years flat. In any other country, it would have taken by 5.5-6 years. Ms Kanimojhi in Chennai office of GKWorks was equally supportive in coordination regarding documents, departure and all other formalities.
We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult. Thanks to Amit Pandey Sir, who is Gkworks Varanasi incharge, he helped us to do all small things. Going with us to get forex to helping us doing RTGS for fee payment, he was always there with us. He only helped us to apply for passport online and went with us to passport office Varanasi. Such support at ground level was provided by GKworks team both in Varanasi and Delhi.
My parents were not very comfortable to send me abroad especially my mother as I am the only son of my parents. I really wanted to become a doctor and thus approached Hemant Mishra Sir, director of Bareilly branch of GKWorks. He went out of his way to convince my mother. He would have come 5 times to my home, invited us to his office and home 10 times before my mother was finally convinced. It is only due to Hemant Sir in Bareilly that I am pursuing my course today. I wish GKworks and especially Bareilly branch all the very best to help many more students for their life dreams.
